NAKKA 84” Bench

This all-wood bench is representative of the NAKKA series’ aesthetic. Thin wood pieces are assembled into a gate-like shape, and the ends are twisted together to form one part, creating a continuous “smooth volume”. When viewed from above, the gate-shaped parts form the letter “N,” the motif of this series. In addition to being a comfortable seat, this bench also features an outstanding design that creates various expressions depending on the angle at which it is viewed, giving it the profile of a sculpture-like objet d’art.
